The first point is something I REALLY need to practice. I’m trying to make a conscious effort not to compare myself to others…I do it way to often, and it makes me feel like shit. It’s always “oh she’s so much prettier/ more talented/more successful/ younger/ *insert virtue of choice* than I’ll ever be” etc. etc. It’s so stupid and detrimental, as there will ALWAYS be someone “better”. I’m trying to just be ME.And trying to LIKE me. It’s hard, but I’m trying!
